How GovGalaxy works

One public question. A clear path to evidence and action.

GovGalaxy is designed to make public systems navigable without requiring political, legal, or technical expertise.

The method

From discovery to visible results

Every mature GovGalaxy journey should answer five questions in order.

  1. 01

    Discover

    What is government doing?

Start from a place, institution, topic, or public activity instead of hunting across disconnected sites.

  2. 02

    Build context

    Why does it matter?

Connect plain-language explanations to the responsible bodies, jurisdictions, and public process.

  3. 03

    Inspect the evidence

    How do we know?

Keep official and public source links visible, identify sample coverage, and show what remains unknown.

  4. 04

    Participate meaningfully

    What can I do next?

Point to an appropriate official channel or clearly label a future GovGalaxy interaction as a preview.

  5. 05

    See visible results

    What happened afterward?

Return to the same civic map for verified updates, decisions, outcomes, and newly connected context.

Transparency by design

Sources stay visible.

GovGalaxy is not a replacement for official government information. It should explain the context, preserve the source trail, show update dates, and say when coverage is only a sample or preview.

Inspect coverage and source health

Participation with boundaries

Actions should be useful and honest.

A visible action should open a working interaction, lead to an official channel, or explain exactly what is still coming. The public preview never pretends that an unfinished backend completed an action.
