Voting on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3
Vermont mails a ballot to every registered voter.
- Voting ends
- 7 p.m., Eastern time
- Polls open between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m., depending on the town; check your town. All polling places close at 7 p.m.
- Returning a mail ballot
- Return your ballot to your town clerk's office before it closes on the day before Election Day, or bring it to your polling place before 7 p.m. on Election Day.
